The Uberti limited warranty applies only to new Uberti firearms and is warranted only to the original retail purchaser, for 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only if the firearm was purchased from an authorized Uberti dealer.

You do not need to register your firearm (online or warranty card) to be covered by the warranty. The warranty is validated by the serial number of your firearm and a copy of your original proof of purchase.

Uberti will, at its option, repair or replace without charge any Uberti firearm that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship. Parts and labor costs are included, shipment costs are excluded. Shipment and repair service is managed through your local dealer and the Uberti distributor active in your country.

Repairs are warranted for the duration of the original warranty. If Uberti replaces a firearm under this warranty, you will receive a new 5-year warranty.

 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:

  • Misuse or accidents

  • Failure to provide proper care or maintenance

  • Failure to comply with instructions in the manual

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Rust or corrosion

  • Obstructions in the barrel

This warranty does not cover any claims made by the second or subsequent owner of any Uberti product.

Any unauthorized alteration or modification of the firearm will void the Uberti warranty. 

It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify that the product is as desired and free from any defects or damage before finalizing the purchase.

The Manufacturer does not guarantee any defects or damage that should be apparent at the time of purchase.

Uberti does not authorize any dealer or any other person to vary the terms of this warranty or to make any other express warranties.

The Manufacturer and/or its official Distributors assume no liability for product malfunctions or for physical injuries or property damages caused by criminal or negligent use of the product, improper or careless handling, unauthorized modifications, use of defective, improper, hand-loaded, reloaded, or remanufactured ammunition, abuse or neglect in the use of the product, or other factors beyond the Manufacturer's direct and immediate control.

 

Note: The laws of the country where the product was purchased may provide longer warranty periods than those indicated. This warranty cannot exclude or limit such legal provisions.
